After graduating from University College Cork in 1989 Colm moved to the UK where he worked for 8 years gaining valuable experience in clinical dentistry. On returning to Ireland in 1996 heinitially worked as an associate in Dublin city centre before setting up a dental practice in Glasthule.

Professional development is very important to Colm because of his passion for dentistry. In 2002 he completed a 2 year diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Trinity College Dublin and subsequentlycompleted a 2 year course in Manchester and Dublin run by one of the UK's leading experts in dental prosthetics, Dr Paul Tipton. He finished top of his class in October 2010.Since then he is constantly attending various courses in order to keep up to date with advances in modern dentistry.

A patient focused approach in anattentive and caring environment is a core ethos of his practice. It is a firm belief of his that everyone who sits in his chair be given the time they need to understand their treatment plan and to feel at ease.

Finally to give you a little insight into his personal life he is a married fatherof four children with a passion for all kinds of sport. In his younger days he was a reasonable gaelic player and continues now as a keen supporter of Cork gaelic and hurling. When time allows he relaxes by playing a round of golf.

Aine comes to Glenageary Dental Care having completed her Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) degree in UCC in 2013. Following this Aine moved to the UK where she gained invaluable experience. While working in the UK Aine’s focus on her professional development led her to complete her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery. Aine has a keen interest in endodontics and this adds a further dimension to the services offered by Glenageary Dental Care.

Additionally Aine is interested in facial aesthetics and has trained in the administration of Botulinum Toxin and Dermal fillers. This is now an added service which patients of Glenageary Dental Care can avail of.

Aine is not only a highly accomplished dentist but she also has a gentle and caring manner, this combination is invaluable in helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable in the dental chair.

Yvonne O'Sullivan

Dental Hygienist

Yvonne is fantastic addition to our team in Glenageary Dental Care. She has a vast array of experience from both a hospital environment and in specialist dental practices having worked in St James Hospital for 3 years and also having worked with the following specialists: orthodontist, prosthodontist, periodontist, maxillo facial team, facial pain specialist. Yvonne prides herself on attaining her patient's commitment and trust offering a high standard of care and managing all types of worries when it comes to dental hygiene appointments ensuring her patients are always comfortable in the dental chair. Prevention and education are core to Yvonne's ethos in treating her patients. Yvonne loves to learn and endeavours to always be fully informed on techniques and products when it comes to caring for her patient's dental health. In September 2016 Yvonne was appointed to the position of Dental Hygiene Tutor to students in Trinity College who are studying to become Dental Hygienists. This is further testament to Yvonne's skills and abilities. Patients of Glenageary Dental Care will be well served by having such a highly qualified and experienced dental hygienist attending to them.
